So here we go....

Hey.....how ya doin?

So I have been sitting here in Benton for a few hours now....lord it isn't eventful at all but I do enjoy it here. My step dad is sitting on the couch, watching the events of Monday Night Raw on USA and MSNBC coverage of both the hurricane flooding(side note:is it odd I am listening to Texas Flood by SRV while looking at the coverage of a flood?). This kind of brings me to my point of the blog. Now....I dont know how many of you know me very well but I am NOT a very political person at all. I've never took interest in politics nore people running for office. I've just never found it interesting. Football.....Baseball...pancakes are all things I had more interest in than politics. For some reason, with this election coming up, I have found myself actually paying more attention and actually liking it AND TAKING SIDES! Now i'm not your normal political type of guy. I'm not over here watching CSPAN and listening to AM radio....well mostly because those people are all tools in my book. I mean anyone that freaks the fuck out over the fact you dont look at the world the same as they do.....lord get over yourself. Your as worthless as the cloths.....or lack there of....on these chicks wrestling. I go by the beat of my own drum man! I like who I like not for who they have following them or just how popular they are with my friends and family but for the fact that I can actually listen to them and not feel like "shit.....trust isnt strong with this one" I go out of gut feelings. Now it's cool if you don't think the same way as I do about it. You have your own opinion and that is awesome. Your just like I am....not listening to what everyone else likes and rollin' with what you think is right. I have more respect for people that do things like that. Sheep are the last thing this world needs.....we sure do have enough of them. Now I know this isn't like me at all. Everyone expects the WILD AND CRAZY blogging from Steve. This is just something that has been rolling through my head for a few days and just thought I would throw together a half-ass blog and get some of that shit out. I will not explain myself so if you have the urge to go all "high and mighty politician" on me......save it....I really....RREEAALLYY don't want to hear it.

If you follow McCain or Obama.....it's cool. Just don't preach to me or anyone else if they don't share the same thoughts. We have our feelings for a reason just as you do.
